4. Professional Clean
I clean using a professional water-fed pole system and spot-free water for a bright, crystal-clear, streak-free shine. Frames and sills are included for that full Retro-Fresh result.

5. First-Time Window Revitalization
All new customers include a $39 first-time Window Revitalization Fee.
This establishes a baseline level of clean by removing built-up dirt, dust, and residue so your future cleanings look even better and stay cleaner longer. Most homes only need this once, and it ensures you start with a true “Sunny’s clean.”

6. Final Walk-Through
Before I leave, I walk the property with you so you can check every window. If anything needs a quick touch-up, I take care of it on the spot.

Do I need to be home?

For exterior-only cleanings, no. For interior cleanings, yes.

How long does it take?

Most homes take 1.5-3 hours. Detailed interior work may take slightly longer.

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Yes — we offer quarterly and bi-annual maintenance plans at discounted rates. I mean, who doesn't want year-round crystal-clear windows?
